Returns and Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If accepted, we will send a return label and instructions.
Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order when received. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Warranty Policy
PROGUIDE warrants products against defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions.
Warranty is 24 months from delivery or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
Report defects within 30 days of failure before any repairs or returns.
We will repair or replace defective products.
We are not responsible for costs beyond repair or replacement.
Non-compliance may void the warranty.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
Return the item first. After approval, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipped into the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days.

Refunds
We will notify you after inspecting your return.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
